Smushi: Come Home” is an indie video game created by a friend of mine. He initially reached out to me in 2021 when he was in the early stages of bringing the game concept to fruition. Originally, the game was intended to be named “Mushi,” but that turned out to be explicit in German. Then, the name “Shrumi” was considered, but it was already claimed by a plushie company. Ultimately, the name “Smushi” was settled upon. I provided logo options for all of the potential names.

The final logo is a custom font that I drew to match the whimsical aesthetic of the video game. Additionally, I incorporated colors inspired by the game’s environment into the design.
